Sometimes, Perth does unexpected things. Like having the West Australian Symphony Orchestra play lunchtime mini concerts in the street, shopping malls and office quadrants.
How awesome is that?
Well, as it turns out, very awesome.
There were only a small group playing, mostly as there isn’t a great deal of room for a full orchestra in the middle of a shopping centre, but they were truly excellent.
Lunch has never been so mellow and sophisticated.
I got there whilst they were warming up and had the benefit of being right at the front of a very large and curious crowd.
Today, I present photos and video. I’m good to you all really, aren’t I 😉
Lucky you and it didn’t cost you anything! And you shared the music with us. Thank you.
