Nightwalking

When the sun goes down, the commuters decamp and make their way back to their burrows, leaving behind them only echoes, shadows, mysterious creatures, dark impenetrable pools and a skyline full of eyes, watching out for the unwary.

Charlene, Flemming and I were on a mission to capture the city as it transitioned from its bright safe sunny side into a dark underworld full of shadows.

Starting in the middle of the city, we left the safety of the last commuters and the ever watchful eyes of the robot street patrols and crossed over into a dangerous neon lit shadow-world.

    • Perth has become no smoking public places. Before the city starts fining people, they are employing orange suited ‘advisors’ on jumpy legged things to bound after errant smokers and shame them in to putting out the cigarette. I think we have a public pillory and a dunking stool planned too.
